Do you have passive fire protection knowledge and experience in the workplace? Have you considered transitioning into a learning and development role? If yes, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

I am recruiting on behalf of a close client for a Training Consultant. In this role, you will support staff development related to key product knowledge, influence training protocols, and update them as needed.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide training to internal staff and external stakeholders on key products.
2. Update SKEBS across departments, liaising with managers to align training processes with departmental needs.
3. Schedule and host training sessions to address knowledge gaps.
4. Maintain training registers according to company requirements.
5. Record training sessions and promote continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Passive Fire Protection (IFE Level 3 preferred; Level 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade).
• Learning and Development qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with formal and informal staff training, though a background in L&D is not mandatory.
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations Part B Fire Safety.
