To support this growth, we are expanding our training team both within and outside the UK. If you are a talented hairdresser and colorist with natural leadership and inspiring skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join our journey. The role involves building and managing our educational team across the UK.

As Education Lead, your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing educational strategies in the UK market, ensuring the right freelancers, courses, and materials are in place.
2. Building and supporting a team of freelance hairdressers, providing them with training and ongoing support.
3. Educating hairdressers, sales teams, distributors, and in-house staff about Maria Nila's products and their unique properties.
4. Collaborating with the global education team, product development, R&D, and laboratories to support future product launches.

In this role, you will:

1. Train customers, salespeople, distributors, and employees both digitally and in person.
2. Develop courses, content, and educational events tailored to UK needs.
3. Lead and support the freelance education team across the UK.
4. Assist the sales force and salons with educational needs.
5. Participate in testing new products.
6. Travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe to meet with educators and customers.

We are looking for:

• A trained hairdresser with a strong interest in coloring and product knowledge.
• Someone with leadership qualities, possibly currently a salon manager or similar.
• Comfortable in educational roles, inspiring and influencing others.
• Willingness to travel and excellent social skills.
