Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering training on MRI’s FM products.
• Maintaining client contact throughout training.
• Reviewing and improving training materials.
• Staying current with industry news and product updates.
• Providing expert advice and support to clients.
• Escalating issues as needed.
• Managing workload in line with project timelines.
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of facilities management processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience as a training consultant in FM software or as a software trainer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and travel within the UK and globally.
