About Us

We are looking for hardworking, ambitious, and dynamic staff committed to excellence. You will be self-motivated and keen to develop. We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Training & Compliance Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based in the Oxford/ Hampshire Region.

Role Overview

You will supervise all training and compliance on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with the operatives and the Management Team. It is a site-based role, and you will be responsible for site audits, improving the quality and compliance of operatives, training new operatives and ensuring operatives are trained to a high standard.This role is crucial to our success in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in liaising with the client on pre-siting and post-site meetings.
  • Ensure works comply with the client, Lantra, and HSE legislations.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses.
  • Attend client and supplier meetings as required.
  • Develop Traffic Management Operatives, signing them off as competent in all aspects of TM.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Attend client and supplier meetings as and when required.
  • Development of Traffic Management Operatives, signing them off as competent in all aspects of TM
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels
Qualifications
  • Must have Lantra M6
  • Driving Licence with 6 or less points
  • Live within 45 minute commute to the Depot
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Traffic Management
  • Strong knowledge of Lantra regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
