Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Training Administrator within the Health & Safety team to support the delivery and coordination of all company training across the business, ensuring records are accurate and compliant. You will work with depot managers, employees, and external providers to schedule sessions and maintain a skilled, safe workforce.

In this role you will update the SHE training system, issue certificates, prepare costings, raise purchase orders, and respond promptly to inquiries,

Responsibilities

• Update the SHE training system with certificates.
• Assist with booking internal training courses for depots.
• Issue certifications and training confirmations to Depot Managers.
• Liaise with Depot Managers by phone and email.
• Coordinate with training providers as needed.
• Provide regular statistics on training matters.
