Qualifications

Recruit UK is seeking a Training & Competency Manager in Manchester to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm. The firm caters to high net worth private individuals and corporate clients, boasting decades of experience and professional relationships with solicitors, accountants, and insurance brokers.

The company has a strong presence in the North West, with offices in Manchester, and is expanding its services through growth.

Role:

The Training & Competency Manager will oversee and structure the training and competence processes within the company, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, legislation, and compliance matters, including TCF – Treating Customers Fairly. The role involves developing good working relationships with staff and management to provide efficient service to administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and clients.
