The firm caters to high net worth private individuals and corporate clients, boasting decades of experience and professional relationships with solicitors, accountants, and insurance brokers.

The company has a strong presence in the North West, with offices in Manchester, and is expanding its services through growth.

Role:

The Training & Competency Manager will oversee and structure the training and competence processes within the company, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, legislation, and compliance matters, including TCF – Treating Customers Fairly. The role involves developing good working relationships with staff and management to provide efficient service to administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and clients.
