The firm caters to high net worth private individuals and corporate clients, and boasts decades of experience with professional relationships across solicitors, accountants, and insurance brokers.

The company has a strong presence in the North West, with offices in Manchester, and is expanding its services through growth.

Role: Training & Competency Manager

You will oversee and structure the training and competence framework within the company, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, legislation, and best practices such as TCF (Treating Customers Fairly). You will develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and management to provide efficient services to administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and clients.
