Job Description:

Recruit UK is seeking a Training & Competency Manager in Manchester to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm. The firm serves high net worth private individuals and corporate clients, and has a strong presence in the North West with offices in Manchester. They are expanding their services through growth.

Role: The Training & Competency Manager will oversee and structure training and competence within the company, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, legislation, and best practices such as TCF. The role involves developing relationships with staff and management to provide effective services to administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and clients.
