Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Training and Competency Manager on a permanent basis in Greater London. The successful candidate will own the Competence Management System and Training & Development Strategy across COMAH-regulated sites.

This role offers a salary between £50,000 - £60,000, plus a bonus and benefits, and requires experience in a regulatory industry, stakeholder collaboration, and competency development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in an L&D or Training and Competency capacity.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competency in translating regulatory standards into training pathways.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate CMS Internal Audits/Assurance activities.
• Coordinate role-task mapping to identify competence requirements.
• Standardize role profiles and take ownership of the Competence Management System.
