Our team is dedicated to putting customers at the heart of everything we do, a commitment that has built our strong reputation. As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be to ensure our customers are served appropriately. You will be part of a team that monitors the financial sales force to ensure they meet our high standards and report directly to the T&C Manager when standards are not being met.

This dynamic role offers the chance to contribute to the development of our Training and Competency framework. Your experience and knowledge will help shape the future of T&C.

Your key responsibilities will include establishing, facilitating, and implementing effective consultation with Financial Advisers on T&C scheme requirements. You will drive improvements in the T&C scheme by coaching and assessing Financial Advisers to meet expected standards. Providing support and guidance to help them excel will be essential. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales Managers, will be crucial. You should have the confidence and experience to support adviser knowledge, ethics, and skills, aiming for improved quality performance and standards.

You should have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and develop a Training and Competency framework. You will ensure compliance with FCA's TC sourcebook regarding adviser knowledge, ethics, skills, and expertise.

You will support the business by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on adviser performance, managing quality issues, and ensuring competence. You may need to assess, investigate, and resolve incidents, ensuring activities adhere to regulatory expectations for certified roles.

This is a field-based role requiring weekly travel and access to a car.
