Job summary

McLaren Racing seeks a Manager of Training and Change for an 18-month FTC to support the adoption of upgraded ERP systems. You will design and deliver training, create clear documentation and communicate with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.

You will run workshops, one-to-one sessions and drop-in sessions, helping teams adopt new processes and terminology while identifying blockers and supporting adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change management within an ERP context.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
• Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and areas requiring further support.
• Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
• Ensure training remains aligned with governance, controls and process standards.
