Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Training and Change to support Finance Transformation during an ERP upgrade. You will design and deliver training, develop documentation and guide teams through new processes and systems to ensure smooth adoption.

You will work with business leads across the organisation, applying change-management principles, measuring uptake and refining interventions to maintain momentum and governance compliance throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change management within an ERP context.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible training materials.
• Strong facilitation skills with a structured planning approach.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track adoption and effectiveness measures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or system implementation projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
• Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and gaps.
• Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
• Ensure training aligns with governance, controls and process standards.
