Job summary

Network Rail is recruiting for a Training Delivery role at York Training Centre. The position sits in the Training Delivery team within Business Services and offers hybrid working with 60% on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Understanding of the railway competence management system.
• Demonstrable experience of logistic planning.

Responsibilities

• Produce a robust training delivery plan across Training Catalogues meeting KPIs and customer demand.
• Maximise trainer and venue utilisation through reporting and collaboration.
• Support delivery of Planning and Administration volumes and KPIs.
• Liaise with external training suppliers to procure services within budgets.
• Forecast the cost of the training delivery plan and monitor expenditure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer a seamless, consistent service.
• Act as a contact point for the central P&A team and resolve planning issues.
• Support changes to the training plan and day-to-day centre operations.
• Cover multiple locations as required.
