GMCA is seeking a part-time Training & Resource Planner to coordinate daily operational resources across Greater Manchester, manage rosters and assist with training administration. The role supports GMFRS and requires strong communication and organisational skills to handle internal staff and external customers.
You will liaise with senior officers, maintain training records, raise orders, and ensure compliance with data protection.

The opportunity involves providing daily co-ordination of all operational resources across Greater Manchester, giving organisational and general support for colleagues and external customers around operational cover within GMFRS. This will include managing rosters and availability of operational staff in a highly effective and busy team and working alongside all levels of operational staff across the organisation.

Having excellent communication skills is essential for this position as you will be dealing with internal employees and external customers on a regular basis.
