Job summary

Birmingham Newman University is seeking a Training and Development Manager to oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development initiatives aligned with the University’s Strategy and People and Culture Enabling Plan.

The role requires experience in designing and evaluating development programmes and in building leadership capability within a complex organisation. Close collaboration with HR and stakeholders is essential to foster continuous learning.
