Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Training & Business Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate training and onboarding, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 35 hours per week, a 6-month contract with possible extension, and competitive hourly pay (£20 PAYE / £26.75 Umbrella) aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Producing daily operational reports and analysing site performance data.
  • Identifying trends, highlighting improvement opportunities and supporting action tracking.
  • Coordinating departmental training activities, schedules and records.
  • Managing onboarding processes to help new starters integrate successfully into the business.
  • Supporting the Training Quality Plan (TQP) and ensuring training compliance.
  • Scheduling Occupational Health appointments and monitoring attendance to meet business requirements.
  • Following up on actions arising from operational assessments and reporting activities.

Training & Business Coordinator

Location: Broughton

Contract: 6 Months (with potential extension)

Hours: 35 hours per week, working 4.5 days between 07:00 and 19:00 (agreed in line with business needs)

Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE | £26.75 per hour Umbrella

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

What You'll Be Doing
