Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring to close training gaps
• Proven ability to manage risk and strengthen controls
• Experience consulting on escalated people issues with leaders

Responsibilities

• Develop training programmes, workshops and learning initiatives for banking operations
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Identify industry trends to implement best practice in learning and development
• Lead training needs assessments and collaborate across the bank to close knowledge gaps
• Participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency in learning and development
• Identify and elevate internal risk and issues within the team
• Ensure materials reflect Barclays branding and governance standards
