Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Training and Accreditation Manager to educate and upskill operational colleagues through training, coaching and knowledge transfer. The role focuses on developing programmes, ensuring accurate governance and aligning with Barclays standards.

You will lead learning initiatives, assess training needs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness while maintaining Barclays branding across materials.

Qualifications

• Coaching and development skills to mentor colleagues.
• Experience advising People Leaders on risk and controls.
• Proven ability to assess and improve training programmes.
• Familiarity with risk management policies and procedures.
• Experience or knowledge in financial crime and business banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programmes, workshops to coach knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
• Identify industry trends to implement best practice in learning and development.
• Execute training needs assessments and collaborate across the bank to fill gaps.
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency in learning and development.
• Maintain Barclays branding and governance in all materials.
