Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Corporate Training Analyst in Glasgow. You will educate and upskill operational colleagues through structured training, coaching and knowledge transfer initiatives, within the Training & Capability team.

You will design programmes, deliver workshops, monitor effectiveness and ensure alignment with Barclays branding and governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Corporate Transaction Monitoring experience in a regulated financial services setting.
• Advanced written and verbal communication for training and coaching.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and learning interventions.
• Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Ensure materials align with Barclays standards, governance and branding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
