Job Responsibilities

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training, including:

  • Mandatory inductions and updates
  • Practical skill assessments
  • Ensuring colleagues are knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care

The role involves travel within a 100-mile radius of Manchester, including overnight stays. We are committed to providing compassionate, expert care and fostering an inclusive environment. If you're ready to make a difference, apply today!

What You'll Be Working

Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility to accommodate personal or professional needs.

What You'll Have
  • Training qualification (e.g., Teaching & Assessing L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer/Assessor) or willingness to work towards it.
  • Minimum of 18 months occupational experience in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (including overnight travel).
  • Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
