Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to transition into a training role, coaching and assessing apprentices. No prior teaching experience is necessary as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will:

• Train and assess Level 1, 2, and 3 apprentices in line with set criteria.
• Support apprentices throughout their programmes and monitor their progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• A Level 3 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• A desire to obtain teaching or assessing qualifications.
• Great communication skills, enthusiasm, and confidence working with young people.
