Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for a role within the Workforce Skills and Employment curriculum. The successful candidate will join a team delivering apprenticeship and work-based learning programmes, including Adult Care Worker Apprenticeships and related initiatives.

Salary: £29,550 to £32,055 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

The role will involve planning and delivering engaging online or blended learning sessions, supporting apprentices to develop occupational knowledge, skills and behaviours, preparing learners for assessment, and contributing to curriculum planning, resource development and quality assurance.
Working as part of our team, you will track learner progress, carry out reviews, provide pastoral support and maintain accurate records in line with apprenticeship, awarding organisation and service requirements.
You will be joining a high-performing apprenticeship team, with an achievement rate in 2025/26 of 92.7%, compared with a national achievement rate of 70.1%.
