Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a confident Trainer to join our Learning & Development team, covering Oxfordshire and surrounding regions. You will travel to deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training, supporting care teams to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

The role offers a clear progression path, including training qualifications and hands-on mentoring from senior staff, with remote/hybrid working options and regular travel within a 100-mile radius.

Qualifications

  • Qualified trainer to deliver mandatory and specialist training in health and social care.
  • Willingness to work towards teaching&assessing awards and related qualifications.
  • Experience with individuals with physical/neurological conditions is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training across sites within Oxfordshire region.
  • Conduct inductions, updates and practical skill assessments for care staff.
  • Ensure staff stay up to date with high-quality care delivery.
