Currys Bolton is hiring a Trainee White Goods Engineer to join our White Goods Repair Team. You will receive training to step into a White Goods Engineer role within 2–4 months, then work in a field service setting helping customers with installations, fault diagnosis, and repairs.

You'll learn on the job with a supportive team, focusing on excellent customer service and building a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge: basic competence in theory and practice.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to handle heavy White Goods (washing machines, dishwashers, etc).

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and fix white goods in customers' homes.
• Provide and apply technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
• Drive a company van and manage your day effectively.
• Build Currys' reputation as a home services expert.
