Pacifica is hiring a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based in Bath with full training provided. You will be mentored to become a qualified engineer, visiting customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances. Responsibilities

• Building on mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
• Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
• Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
• Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
• Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience

No experience in white goods repair necessary, but we are looking for candidates with previous hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience and using tools. What You Will Do
