Job summary

Pacifica, the UK's largest independent outsourced domestic appliance repair company, is seeking a White Goods Engineer to join our Northampton team. You will diagnose and repair home appliances at customers’ homes, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Our supportive team provides ongoing manufacturer training and career progression. We offer a Monday–Friday 40-hour week, a fully equipped company van with a fuel card, and an uncapped bonus scheme with OTE up to £50,000+.

Qualifications

• Two+ years field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding across multiple core appliance types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK manual driving license with no more than six penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Repair four or more of the listed appliance types: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, electric cooking appliances.
• Manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently using our technology; represent Pacifica professionally.

The Role

As part of our engineering team, you'll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience on every visit.

You’ll repair four or more of the following appliance types:

• Washing Machines
• Tumble Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigeration appliances
• Electric Cooking appliances

Using our industry-leading technology, you'll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
