Initial pay is for training weeks, with a clear pathway to higher hourly rates after completion. The role offers shift work with days, backs, and nights in a three-shift pattern, and a commitment to ongoing training.

The facility's manufacturing activities use the latest computer analysis techniques, robotic technology and a state-of-the-art paint plant.
We are looking to place, train and develop trainee welders. The successful candidates will be trained to meet the facilities specific welding needs.
Previous experience in a welding environment would be an advantage.
After training there is a 3 shift pattern, Days, Backs and Nights as follows;
