Norse Infinity in Lancashire invites applications for a Trainee Water Hygiene Technician. No prior water hygiene experience is required as full training and industry-recognised qualifications will be provided.

You will learn monitoring, sampling, cleaning and remedial works across sites in Lancashire and surrounding areas, with progression to higher pay bands after probation. The role offers a structured salary progression, full training, pension and annual leave, and the opportunity to build a

Formación

• Full UK driving licence.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using tablets/mobile devices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as required.
• Successful completion of a DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Temperature monitoring of hot and cold-water systems.
• Water sampling in accordance with company procedures.
• Inspection and cleaning of cold-water storage tanks.
• Cleaning and disinfecting shower heads, hoses and spray outlets.
• Flushing of infrequently used outlets.
• Inspection, servicing and testing of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
• Completion of electronic service reports using handheld devices.
• Assisting with remedial plumbing works and disinfection activities.
• Supporting experienced technicians with site inspections and compliance tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with current guidance and company procedures.
