Job summary

Volvo Group operates a warehouse role in Rugby with relocation to Coventry during the transition. You will support core warehouse tasks including unloading, receiving, storage, picking and packing, using ASRS and traditional methods to move a wide range of parts across Volvo Group brands.

The role requires safety focus, English fluency and a driving licence; forklift licences and ASRS/WMS experience are desirable. Expect a 13:30–22:00 shift and a 5% pension-like benefits during tenure.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious with ability to meet targets under pressure.
• Fluent English and a valid UK driving licence.
• Forklift licences (desirable) and experience with ASRS/WMS (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Safely unload and check inbound deliveries against documentation.
• Quality-check and store products accurately.
• Manage returns and release orders for picking.
• Handle stock moves and high-density or hazardous storage.
• Operate equipment safely and report defects.
• Collaborate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
