Job summary

Volvo Group is relocating and expanding its Coventry-area warehouse operations. The role focuses on unloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods across Volvo Group brands, using ASRS and WMS systems.

The successful candidate will contribute to safe, efficient warehouse performance in a dynamic environment. Based in Rugby with relocation to Coventry, the role involves Monday to Friday in the late shift window, and candidates should be prepared to work across both sites

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with a valid UK driving licence.
• Forklift licences desirable.
• Experience with ASRS and WMS environments desirable.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload and load inbound/outbound goods and ensure accurate documentation.
• Quality-check and store products, and manage stock with accuracy.
• Process returns and release orders for picking by warehouse area.
• Manage stock moves and complex storage, including hazardous items where applicable.
• Operate mechanical handling equipment safely and report defects or hazards.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
