Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland in Market Drayton is recruiting Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing operation. You will operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures, support health and safety culture, and help meet production and waste targets.

We offer 4 on 4 off shifts (days and nights), starting salary £32,011, a 5% bonus, generous leave, pension and life assurance, and access to the Müller rewards platform, uniform and PPE, plus free yogurts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 4 on, 4 off days and nights.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures.
• Support health & safety culture and housekeeping standards.
• Meet production and waste targets and identify faults or issues and escalate as needed.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller's UK Manufacturing Operation. Due to ongoing site expansion at Market Drayton, we're growing our teams and looking for individuals to help us produce high-quality products efficiently while meeting operational standards and procedures. Recruitment Process As part of our hiring approach, we will be holding regular Recruitment Sessions over the coming months. These sessions provide a great opportunity to:

• Take part in group assessments and interviews

• Meet the team and gain insight into working at our site, Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures

• Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance

• Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly
• Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts
  Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable)
• Good mechanical aptitude
