Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a production operative for the Butter Plant in Market Drayton. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform basic maintenance and tests, and help meet quality, waste, and safety targets on a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential).
• Good mechanical aptitude (essential).
• Knowledge of processing machinery and production operations.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Starting salary: £32,951.76 rising to £38,594.96 when fully trained through a structured training plan.
