• Resolve issues quickly, escalating risks to minimise disruption.
• Drive team engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate reporting, data capture, and operational communication.
• Support team development through training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Great news! Our award‑winning Quarry Kitchen in Dulcote (near Wells) is looking for a Trainee Team Leader to join our Warehouse Operations team to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

As a Trainee Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations, helping to motivate and guide your team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of creating a positive working environment where our people feel supported, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best.

We’re looking for someone with experience in logistics or warehouse operations who is driven, organised, and passionate about developing others—someone who lives our values and is ready to grow into a future Team Leader role within the business.

Fri & Sat: 06:00 – 18:00 | Sun: 06:00 – 16:00
