Job summary

Bam Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Team Leader to join our client's production team. This entry-level role covers routine tasks in assembly and packaging and is suited for someone eager to learn team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, Mon–Fri role with an immediate start. Salary is £29,000–£31,000 depending on experience, with potential progression in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year hands-on experience in production/manufacturing/warehouse preferred.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and ability to follow written instructions.
• Quality conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and complete paperwork.
• Awareness of the importance of communication and keeping people updated.
