Leeds | Full-Time Availability | Entry Level
Everyone has to start somewhere. Why not start somewhere you can grow?
You don't need years of management experience to become a good leader. In fact, some of the best leaders start by getting stuck in, learning the ropes and understanding what makes a team tick.
At Leeds Events, we're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy working with others and would like the opportunity to develop their leadership skills alongside practical sales and events experience.
We're a people-focused events and marketing company working on face-to-face promotional campaigns across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
This isn't an office-based management position, and you won't be expected to lead a team from day one. You'll start by getting involved in the campaigns themselves, learning how things work and developing the skills needed to take on more responsibility.
We're not looking for the finished article. We're looking for potential.
Previous leadership or sales experience isn't essential. You might have worked in hospitality, retail, customer service or sport. You might be a recent graduate, or simply someone who enjoys taking initiative and wants to challenge themselves.
We believe leadership is something you learn through experience, not just something you put on a CV.
You'll have access to practical guidance, experienced people to learn from and opportunities to develop your skills in a busy, customer-facing environment.
As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability, there may be opportunities to become involved in supporting newer team members, coordinating campaigns and taking on greater leadership responsibilities.
No unrealistic promises. Just an opportunity to learn, contribute and see how far you can develop.
If you're someone who likes getting involved, enjoys working with people and wants to build skills that could take you further, we'd like to hear from you.
Leeds Events is committed to providing equal opportunities and welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds. Applications are considered on suitability for the opportunity without discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic.
Please note: This is an on-site, face-to-face opportunity rather than a remote or hybrid position. Campaign locations and activities may vary according to current requirements.
