Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Wigan is recruiting Trainee Teachers (Cover Supervisors) to gain paid classroom experience across primary and secondary schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences and lead classes to maintain a positive learning environment.

We're recruiting Trainee Teachers (Cover Supervisors) to work in primary and secondary schools across Wigan. You'll gain invaluable classroom experience, develop behaviour management skills and learn what life in the classroom is really like - while getting paid.

Many of our Cover Supervisors go on to complete a PGCE, SCITT or School Direct programme, starting their training with the confidence and practical experience that schools value.
