Location:Hull
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Vision for Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Graduate Teachers to work as Cover Supervisors within secondary schools across the Hull and surrounding areas.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering a future career in teaching, education, youth work or pastoral support. It provides the chance to gain valuable, hands‑on experience in a secondary school environment while earning a competitive daily rate, before moving on to teacher training or a PGCE.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising students in the absence of their usual teacher. You will deliver work that has been prepared in advance, maintain a positive learning environment and encourage students to complete their tasks. Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with young people are key to success in this role.
