Accent Housing Group is seeking a Trainee Surveyor in Camberley on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with initial office-based training and a minimum of one day in the office weekly after training, plus regional travel.

You will inspect properties, assess repairs, and work with contractors under new requirements like Awaab's Law to protect tenant health. The spot salary is £31,686 with a regional uplift of £2,535 and a car allowance of £1,250, totaling £35,471 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 BTech in Built Environment.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work with contractors and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
