Trainee Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Asset Management team for a Trainee Building Surveyor. Working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team, the successful applicant will assist with all building surveying related activities including inspection, diagnosis, specification, and contract administration. A clear development plan and support to meet the competency requirements of the CIOB Professional Review will be provided.

The successful candidate will have a building related degree and determination to complete a three year development programme. In addition you will have excellent people skills and the ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure, environment.
