What the Graduate Sales scheme involves:

This scheme is designed to fast-track salespeople into management. It features a structured grading system: Rookie Sales Surveyor, Sales Surveyor, Advanced Sales Surveyor, Specialist Sales Surveyor, and then Management. You will be assigned a learning mentor to develop your skills as a Property Services Surveyor, and enrolled in our Internal Customer Services Apprenticeship Scheme to build your people skills.

Requirements

We are keen to hear from graduates who:

• Have a 2.2 BSc/BA in a building, property, or business management discipline
• Have a Full UK driving license
• Are interested in a career in sales & management
• Enjoy working towards targets and KPIs
• Have a can-do attitude and are willing to work hard
• Value Service, Relationships, and Teamwork, and are motivated, dependable, and down-to-earth
