Trainee Surveyor

We are offering an exciting opportunity within our Asset Management team for a Trainee Building Surveyor. The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced team, assisting with all building surveying activities including inspection, diagnosis, specification, and contract administration. A clear development plan and support to meet the competency requirements of the CIOB Professional Review will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have a building-related degree and a strong determination to complete a three-year development programme. Excellent people skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are essential.
