Job summary

The Parkville Hotel in Scotland is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate the hospitality team during busy service periods.

You will organise staffing, support HR processes, manage cash controls, drive sales and promotional activity, and ensure a safe, well-maintained workplace while coaching staff for development.

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
