Job summary

The Croft Bar & Restaurant in Glasgow is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead the team on shift, ensuring consistent service and presentation.

You will organise staffing and workloads, support HR processes, manage cash handling, and work with management on marketing and promotions.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
