Lisini Pub Company Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a bustling hospitality setting. You will oversee a front-of-house team, ensuring top service, smooth workflows, and compliant procedures on shift.

Responsibilities include staffing, cash handling, and contributing to marketing efforts while maintaining safety and training initiatives. A positive, customer-focused leader with strong organisational skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
• The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
• Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
• A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
