Job summary

Clifford Chance in London invites applications for a two-year Training Contract designed to develop you into a confident solicitor in England and Wales. You rotate across four six-month seats in Global Product Groups such as Capital Markets, Debt Finance, Project Development & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, or Structured Finance, with potential secondments.

You will be mentored by a dedicated team and receive extensive training, including SQE and PGDL prep, with access to Clifford Chance

Qualifications

Business awareness and problem solving with commercial insight.
Strong client service orientation and relationship building.

Ability to multi-task, stay organised and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication with reliability.

Responsibilities

Drafting and proofreading documents for client matters.
Conducting due diligence on acquisition targets.
Attending client meetings and preparing documentation for hearings.
Managing real estate titles and leases; creating data rooms for major transactions.
Contributing to transaction execution across seats.
