Qualifications

• Experience in Surface Mount processes with high output and quality.
• Ability to handle tiny components down to 0201 size.
• Operate a single production line.
• Set up feeders and kits and use inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT machinery to assemble PCB assemblies.
• Monitor process quality using inspection equipment.
• Read machine error messages and troubleshoot placement and printing.
• Hand place SMT parts accurately and ensure correct polarity.
• Kit and de-kit SMT placements machines and set up stencil printers.
• Document run times, hand fits, and deviations.
• Read diagrams and Bills of Materials; maintain housekeeping.
