Equans is looking for x2 Trainee Site Supervisors to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis.

This is an Apprenticeship level job opportunity and full training will be provided.

This apprenticeship is for a level 4 construction site supervisor, with a duration of 42 months.

What will you deliver?

• The Trainee Site Supervisor supports the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
• This role involves assisting in the coordination of on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards of quality.
• The Trainee Site Supervisor plays a key role in assisting with the management of subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Assist with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Monitor the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with the Site Manager, project team, and subcontractors.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients. Assist in delivering TBTs / DABs.
• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring their concerns and requirements are addressed promptly.
