1. Manage and assist in the day-to-day running of the cell, ensuring operational requirements are met in line with customer needs and on-time delivery schedules.

3. Understand, prioritize, and distribute the cell's workload to ensure efficient workflow, while monitoring and providing vital resources.
4. Maintain high visibility and daily communication with colleagues, including understanding how to allocate annual holidays for operatives.

6. Control cell discipline by ensuring functions are correctly administered and maintained according to legislation and company policies.
