Job summary

Roger Bullivant Limited is seeking a Trainee Site Operative to join our House Foundations team, focusing on installing precast foundations. This full-time role requires manual handling, site safety, and the ability to work from drawings and parameters provided.

The ideal candidate will have some construction experience (desirable) and hold a full UK driving licence; CSCS card is welcome. Based in Preston with nationwide travel potential, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• CSCS card desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience on construction site in labouring role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install RBL precast foundations according to drawings and parameters.
• Perform manual handling tasks (digging, shovelling, lifting, moving products).
• Use hand-held vibration tools on site.
• Travel across the UK as needed.
