Griffiths Ltd. is looking for an Operative to support the efficient and safe delivery of project activities across construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure all operational tasks meet high standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

This role involves groundworks, construction tasks, and teamwork, with an emphasis on maintaining a tidy work environment and safe tool usage. Prior experience in the sector and a valid CSCS/NPORS card are essential.

Formación

• Prior experience as an Operative or similar role in Construction/Civil Engineering.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations and complete relevant documentation.
• Competence in using tools and equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Support the safe and timely delivery of site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship.

Conocimientos

Construction/Civil Engineering sector experience
